Terms of Service
Last updated: 18 September 2026
These terms apply to your use of iloxaus.au and to onsite screening services booked with us. ILOXAUS is a trading name of EMRG Imaging Pty Ltd (“ILOXAUS”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using this website or booking a screening visit, you agree to these terms.
1. Using this website
- You may read, print and share the pages on this site for your own business purposes.
- You must not use the site in a way that damages it, interferes with other users, or breaches any law.
- You must not copy, republish or resell our content, images or downloadable documents as your own.
- We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time.
2. Information on this site is general
The regulatory summaries, industry pages and information sheets on this site are general information only. They are not legal advice, and they are not medical advice. Work health and safety duties differ between states and territories and change over time. You are responsible for confirming what applies to your workplace with the relevant regulator or your own adviser before you rely on it.
Nothing on this site should be read as a statement that ILOXAUS is an approved or accredited provider under a particular scheme unless the page you are reading says so directly.
3. Quotes and bookings
- We do not publish prices. Every job is quoted in writing based on your site, crew size, location and access.
- A quote is an offer to supply on the terms set out in that quote, read together with these terms. If there is any inconsistency, the quote prevails.
- A booking is confirmed when we send you a written booking confirmation.
- Getting our unit to your site is included in the quoted price. If a job requires something outside the scope we quoted, we will tell you in writing before we do it.
- Cancellation, rescheduling and access-failure arrangements are set out in your quote or booking confirmation.
4. Your responsibilities
So that a visit can run safely and on time, you agree to:
- Give us safe, timely access to the work area, including any site induction, permits or escorts we need.
- Tell us in advance about site hazards, access limits, power and space constraints, and any radiation-related site rules.
- Provide accurate worker details and an accurate headcount before the visit.
- Make sure workers are told what the screening is for, and that participation and consent are handled properly at your workplace.
- Nominate the medical practitioner or health-monitoring provider who is to receive the reports.
5. Screening and reports
- We take chest X-ray images at your worksite and have them classified to the ILO International Classification of Radiographs of Pneumoconioses by a NIOSH-certified B Reader radiologist.
- An ILO classification is a standardised reading of an X-ray. It is not a diagnosis, and it does not replace assessment by a treating or supervising medical practitioner.
- Reports are provided to the medical practitioner or health-monitoring provider you nominate, and to the worker where required. We do not provide clinical advice to workers.
- We are not responsible for the decisions an employer, practitioner or regulator makes after receiving a report.
- Image quality can be affected by factors outside our control. Where an X-ray cannot be classified, we will tell you and discuss a repeat.
6. Fees and payment
Fees, payment terms and any deposit are those set out in your quote or booking confirmation. Unless stated otherwise, amounts are in Australian dollars and exclusive of GST.
7. Privacy and health information
Screening involves personal information and health information. How we collect, hold, use and disclose it is set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms. By booking a visit you confirm you have the authority to give us the worker details you provide.
8. Downloads and enquiry forms
If you download an information sheet or send an enquiry through this site, you are giving us your contact details so we can respond and follow up about our services. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing booking@iloxaus.au.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, layout and downloadable documents, is owned by or licensed to us. Regulator publications we quote or link to remain the property of their publishers.
10. Liability
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those guarantees.
To the extent the law allows, and apart from those guarantees: we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of production or loss of contract; and our total liability in connection with a job is limited, at our option, to re-supplying the affected service or paying the cost of having it re-supplied.
11. Third-party links
This site links to regulator and industry websites so you can check the source. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you use the site or book a visit is the version that applies. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
